1. Digital Products
ArtZone primarily provides digital artwork, digital images, sketches, illustrations, wallpapers and other downloadable digital products.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, all products sold on ArtZone are **digital products only**. No physical product, printed artwork, frame or physical delivery is included with a digital purchase.
2. Product Purchase
Before completing your purchase, please carefully check the product title, description, file format, size, resolution and other available product information.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital file will be delivered according to the delivery method mentioned on the product page.
3. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, the digital product may be delivered to the email address provided by the customer or made available through the download system used by ArtZone.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and active email address.
Please also check your **Inbox, Spam, Promotions and Junk folders** if the download email does not appear immediately.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because digital products can be downloaded and copied electronically, **all digital product sales are generally final** once the file has been delivered or made available for download.
Refunds, cancellations or replacements may be considered in cases such as:
* The wrong file was delivered.
* The purchased file is technically corrupted.
* A payment was successfully completed but the purchased file was not delivered due to a technical issue.
Any refund or replacement request should be submitted with the relevant order details.
5. Download Problems
If you experience difficulty downloading your purchased file, please contact ArtZone with your order information.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve genuine technical problems related to digital delivery.
6. Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchased digital artwork is provided for **personal use only**.
You may download, store and use the purchased artwork for your personal projects, digital display or personal printing.
7. Commercial Use
Purchasing a digital artwork does **not automatically transfer commercial rights or copyright ownership** to the customer.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload or commercially exploit the original digital file unless ArtZone specifically grants commercial-use rights for that product.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, illustrations, designs, graphics, text, logos and other content available on ArtZone are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
The purchase of a digital product grants the customer the permitted usage rights described on the product page. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property rights to the customer.
ArtZone reserves all rights not expressly granted to the customer.
9. Prohibited Uses
Customers must not:
* Resell the original digital file.
* Share the download file publicly.
* Upload the purchased file to file-sharing websites.
* Distribute the file through social media or messaging platforms.
* Claim the artwork as their own creation.
* Use the artwork to create competing digital products for resale.
* Remove copyright or ownership information where applicable.
10. Product Preview
Product previews displayed on the website may contain promotional elements, mockups or watermarks. The actual purchased file may differ from the preview presentation in terms of mockup, background or display environment.

11. Pricing
All product prices displayed on ArtZone are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been successfully completed.
ArtZone reserves the right to correct pricing or technical errors displayed on the website.
12. Payment

Customers should not share passwords, OTPs, card PINs, UPI PINs or other confidential payment information with anyone claiming to represent ArtZone.
